How to fit your head in a fiberglassed Iron man helmet

Ok guys this is my first post on here, but ive made a lest 4 different iron man pepakura helmets, but i have always had trouble when it come to fitting them on my head. Because there is no way in hell you can do that when is is all one peice ( unless you greatly over size it) any help would be greatly appriciated thank you all

Wow, how can you even be at your third helmet and you don't know that you need to separate it in different parts?!?

most common way it is done, here is how i did it on my helmet

if you take grease rub it on yoour head... lay the helmet down face the hole upwards , you have to stand on a chair...

JUMP head first land in the helmet it should go on....

Fantastic work. Was this helmet made straight from a pepakura build, or from a mold you made?
