You need to host it somewhere like Imageshack.us
Then copy the direct link. Insert that link between this tag in your sig box and save changes.

Just make sure you have no spaces in your coding

i want to put one of these sigs on

Click "My Controls", then "Edit signature" and then in the text box provided put [ img ] http://www.whateveryourhostinglinkis.jpg [ /img ] leave out the spaces or it won't work (read up on posting pictures if you need to), I had to put spaces in there to get it to work.
