Highlander TV season 2 sword repair and casting

A customer sent me his damaged Marto Duncan sword an asked me to repair it.. The nose was all busted up and unable to really repair it.. So he asked if I could make a new collarless SOTD.. So I took off the damaged head.. Fixed the scalloped collar, cast a new head from my own collared SOTD and put it all together .. The first cast and weathering came out pretty good I think ..
