Highlander Store trustworthy?

Has anyone here ordered from the Highlander store, aka legendaryheroes@com.

I ordered a Duncan wallhanger from them, and I cannot seem to get a hold of them through e-mail or calling the customer service line.

My account with them says item shipped, but I did not get a tracking number and nothing has shown up yet.

I do not want to get ripped off, so I want to check here first before going to my credit card company.

When did you order, when was your credit card charged, and when does your account say it shipped?

I havent bought anything from the HS for a long time (so it may be run by a different company now then when I got my stuff years ago) but I never had any problems with them. Of course by now who knows, but at least with a cc purchase you have protection.

I ordered some dvd sets to finish off my collection in may and had no problems with them
