High Density Foam...

Anybody have any experience with high density foam? Can it be painted? By either spray cans or brush? I found an awesome airsoft mask that would be PERFECT as the basis for a Bane Mask from the Dark Knight Rises.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

High density is relative. It depends on the chemical make up of the foam whether the solvents in spray paints will affect it. If it's make from styrene chances are it's get eaten.

Given that the mask is designed for paintball....I'd think you'll be okay.
