Hi everyone, I was thinking of using a combination of foam and 3d printed parts to make a costume, but I have no clue on how I can glue them together.
I was thinking of using Eva foam and the 3d printed parts are printed in PLA.
Any help at all will be very usefull and thanks for lookin everyone.

i'm sure super glue would work.
if not what you're looking for try barge contact cement.
you put it on both things you are gluing together....let it dry out a little ...then touch them together. super strong!

always make sure you test things out first....don't want to screw up your good stuff.
welcome to the site!

Thank you ultraman! I will be sure to try it out!
And thank you for the welcome, I see so many different (and awesome) things its almost overwhelming haha

Superglues work great on foam. You only want a small dab at a time and best results come when you see a small vapor cloud come off the foam. The foam will tear before the glue breaks. The problem with superglue is that it does not stick well to itself, so you need to scrape the part back if your join fails.

I haven't done any work with foam, but I've tried using super glue to stick PLA to PLA, and it didn't seem like a strong bond (PLA is pretty brittle anyway).

Isn't PLA starch based? I have not worked with this stuff yet, but from 3D printed parts I have seen, you might have to fuse it with more liquid PLA.

Hot glue could work as well, but would it be strong?
