Not bad! The RotJ is probably the hardest saber to scratch build, so good luck!

Yep, I made mine specifically because someone else years ago declared that it cannot be made from hardware. Nothing cannot be made from hardware.

Actually, I've found the Luke ROTJ is one of the least difficult to fabricate. But maybe that's just me?

things like putty are magic in projects like this. would a bearing work for the windvane?

It probably would work, but I'm just using PVC pipe and sheet styrene.

Here's the wind vane. It's a touch big, but once I attach the emitter it should look better. I also filled the valley between the first two rings with epoxy putty.
