Helping a Friend: The HaloGodess adventure

Alright I though I share here too. One of the members of the 405th (HaloGodess) is working very hard to get a suit ready for a convention in May. She started last year, and is almost done and what happens??? The chest piece that fit as a paper piece didn't fit once she hardened it. It was mostly just some small things like: the neck is a bit tight, and the under arm areas pinch (we've all been there). So I volunteered to mold the piece and send it back in a Rubber/ foam mixture I have been experimenting with. So she sent me the piece and now I'm just getting carried away. Here's the progress so far, with more to come soon. I just kept on going with the details cause you know what her suit is the same size needed for my daughter, and I just can't help myself when it comes to detailing Props.

Wow great job Ben! It's looking great, awesome to see you helping out like this, sucked to see all the troubles Halogoddess had run into after she put all that work into her costume. It's always so great to see people giving back to the community.
