Can anyone assist with Lost in Space reference materials?
I’m working on the restoration of the surviving original prop Master Control Console panels from Lost in Space. Vintage photos would be helpful in bringing the panels back to their filming condition.
(The MCC panels are the array of panels just under the main viewport. A new article about the MCC can be found in the research section of my website, http://www.Jupiter2Project.com.)
I’ve already got a decent collection of LIS 8x10 photographs, but surprisingly, very few depict the consoles clearly. I’ve also extracted screen caps from the DVDs of any episodes that had any worthwhile shots with the consoles, but more material is needed.
I'd be interested in just about any materials regarding the consoles. Uncommon publicity photos, 16mm films, slides, photos taken on set - anything!
