HELP WITH A REPAIR! anyone on here do bronze soldering?*

hello all,
i have a replica of Snake Plisskens eagle head tracer from escape from new york, that i kindly got from a friend who had two of the them. only thing is, the latch didn't always hold and it would release and swing open without warning! which is what led to the eagle head snapping off!!!!

i contacted Rylo who originally made them, but he doesn't do this kind of soldering anymore. so i thought i'd see if anyone else on here did bronze soldering that i could hire to repair it? on top of the eagle head being REattached, i'm also looking to have the latch pin enlarged so it latch tighter and open ONLY when released.
