Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a project I'm working on. I'm attempting to make a "Laughing Fish" for my Joker cosplay. However, I'm having problems with the fish itself.
I purchased a rubber fish off of amazon, but being rubber it seems to be unpaintable. It never fully dries and remains tacky.
This is the fish:

I was wondering if anyone on here either had an idea of a different non-rubber fish I could use as a base, or if there was a way to paint the rubber one?
