[HELP] War Machine Markings- Stencil? Decal? How?

So Building a War Machine suit from Iron Man 2 and having an issue with the detail airforce type markings on the suit such as the airforce symbol, serial numbers etc. Some things I can do as an easy stencil like the big bold 001 on the side but other things seem to complex to cut out on paper. also the templates I made are on printer paper so its kind of flimsy. Whats the best way to do it?

You can get stencil cut by machine, I think is called cutting plotter (my main language is spanish).
