Help!! Trying to recreate a Leeloo fifth element costume!

Hello,

I am trying to recreate one of Milla Jovovich's costumes from the fifth Element, however I'm not sure how to make or where to buy all the components.

I'm new to this and haven't figured out how to post pictures but the costume I'm referring to is the cropped white shirt, gold legging, and suspenders. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
