HELP!!! Pepakura Ironman Custom Suit build

I'm 6ft 215. I ccannot seem to scale the design correctly. What would the scale size be to build this project and have it fit properly?

What I've done for scaling was take a portion of the pep, like the arm, and increase the scale until the mm or inches on the piece matches your actual physical measurements. Once you have one piece you'll have the proper scale for everything else.
