help needed with DC17

Do any of you know were I can get details to build a DC17 blaster, any help would be appreciated.

I saw a DH17, but not a DC17. The DC17 is the Republic Commando blaster rifle.

Yes it is the Rpublic Commando Blaster rifle I am after.
