Help needed for voice changer and lights

Hi, first off I'm not sure if this is in the wrong section, I was unsure if it should go here or the junkyard.

I'm looking for some advice or commission something from someone because there is a part for a project that I am unable to do on my own due to lack of experience. I'm making a helmet that has 3 electronic parts. I would need 2 (or more) green LEDS for the eyes, a voice changer and another set of LEDS that turn on and off when I talk (most likely connected to the voice changer). For the voice, it doesn't have to be a changer, but more of a microphone and speaker so that I don't sound muffled when I talk, but having it change the voice a bit to something more robotic would be pretty cool.

This all has to be pretty compact, but I can run wires all over the place and have the battery pack on the outside of the helmet.

If this is a project that one of you is interested in doing, please contact me so that we can discuss more details. And again, if its in the wrong section let me know, its the only way I'll learn.

Wrong section, but just the same, you really need to figure out how much you want to spend... A custom solution can get very expensive...

You can kit-bash much cheaper...

Static LEDs can just be tapped off the battery powering any of the kits with the appropriate current limiting resistors...

Velleman kit MK103 ~ for sound/voice activated lights...

The white radio shack amp and a clip microphone will get you an amplified voice... (Google Stormtrooper voice systems it's a cheap combo many use)

If you want some voice shift, these are cheap options...

Canakit # CK263 - still need an amplifier

Or this kit Voice Changer Electronic Kit this one already has an amp built in and it's a nifty little kit $ for $ you get pitch shifting, vibrato and a robotic reverb if you desire...

Certainly not the most elegant solutions but likely the cheapest...

If you really want to talk custom feel free to PM me but a one off job will get costly, but it will be custom and more compact and application specific...
