Help ID'ing a Qui-Gon Lightsaber?

Not sure who made this one, very odd feel and look to it. Aluminum casing with what I think is a Delrin body, but it seems light. Interior of the emitter is a cleaned out black smooth inside that goes about 2" deep. It doesn't appear to disassemble and the metal knob actually pops out of a hole (does not screw in). I was told it was a Larbel, but it definitely is not like any Larbel I ever owned.

Thanks!

It doesn't look like my Larbel EL-Q either. I have Q from another maker that is metal and delrin at home. The emitter looks totally different, but I can take a closer look at it tonight when I get home if you haven't received an answer by then.

Interesting. It reminds me of the Q-G sabers that were very common on ebay, back in the day. The ones that looked to be a bit undersized. But I have no idea who actually made them.

I don't think that it is the same maker as mine, but I shot a pm to somebody who might know more.

EDIT: Not the same saber maker at all. I'll pm you the name so you can cross it off your list.

Okay, I got hold of the owner prior to me and he said he bought it from Kif's at CIII and was told it was definitely a Larbel. Clearly it's not. As I only want Larbels it's going to go up for sale probably.

Thanks for checking into this everyone, it's a real stumper!

Looks like one of john Schwartz's (SaberArt) qui-gon sabers. You old fogeys ought to remember him.

Nope, I take that back. I looked through my old pictures (I used to have one) and that's definitely not it.

Im no expert on this saber at all, but it looks similar to one of Hez's old one, and used the same materials as this one

It might be a NateDawgNT saber?
I believe he was banned over a run of Qui Gon sabers.

Nate=John (different guys, but same team). They got banned over Mace grips.

The only other guy I can recall making this saber, at least off the top of my head, was the guy flagrantly defying the license by having a site selling the sabers by name. I believe he was working out of Argentina, if memory serves.

Nope, not Argentina, I've seen some of those, this is much sharper quality.

One of Hez's sabers? Not sure but I'll see what he says.

If anything I didn't realize how many versions of the Qui-Gon were out there! :lol

I wasn't saying it was, just that was the only other maker I could think of off the top of my head. I had forgotten the italian ones.

Any idea of its age? Doesn't sound like an EL version and the 3/4" emitter hole went by fairly quickly once the pics surfaced showing essentially flat emitter plates. Anyone make these for carbon rods for dueling? Then again, the depth of the hilt doesn't really allow for too much attachment, does it.

I asked Hez and I'm sure he's right ( he usually is :lol).

It's a Parks!

I've never seen one and I heard he made very few, so it makes sense.
