HELP identifying old prop blasters

Hi all -
Saw these for sale on eBay recently, seems like they are from the late '70s/early '80s and may have been offered in Starlog magazine. Think the barrles light up from a 9V battery in the grip. Any help identifying these would be most appreciated. Thanks! - mh

Starlog did sell blasters of this type as well, altho I seem to remember the barrels being thinner with diamond shaped muzzles. I have several issues in my attic that might have the ads in them but due to surgery in my arm to reattach a muscle I'm not sure I can access them right now.

Like the ad says, the company was the Weapons Shops of Isher, later Isher Artifacts. They started selling their ray guns at conventions with the Model A, which used a mini Christmas Tree bulb. I still have my model A, somewhere. Over the years their designs got more complicated and elaborate. Their present web site: http://isherartifacts.com/

They look like weiners with handles...

"And now we have this model for the ladys. It's ribbed shaft makes the excess laser heat dissipate. It's inbuilt motor vibrates so that you will know when the weapons is fully charged and it is completely watertight so you could use this weapon in moist environments."
