Help Identify Teddy KGB Clothing

I am a huge fan of the movie Rounders and play a lot of Poker. Many people everywhere I play say I look like Teddy KGB. So I figured for fun I would try to find the shirt and Jacket he wears. Hope you guys can help.

the adidas 70s track suit jacket is close accept it is 3 stripes. Any Clue?

Hmm...Champion track jackets have two stripes down the sleeve, but their current ones don't have the right color. Perhaps an older one?
Current Nike track jackets, not only are ridiculously expensive, only seem to have one stripe down the arm.
That's about all the help I am.

I'm resurrecting this thread 'cause I love this jacket! Fred Perry jackets have twin strips but they also have a laurel on the front, which this jacket doesn't have. In the commentary, they mentioned it was a Russian army training jacket. I think the best course of action may be to have one made. Any idea where, how?
