Though with a little googling I found a replacement part kit: http://www.onlinesports.com/pages/I...cm_mmc=Froogle-_-Products-_-PPC-_-SCH-288100S If you need more, might try out hockey helmets. Much more expensive, but also much more foam.

The foam in those helmets is called L200 or if you want firmer you can go with L300 you can buy it from most foam stores HMS Mike

tango'd fett Well-Known Member Mar 24, 2010 #5 Do an ebay search for plastazote, lined my dredd lid with it and its very cheap. Got mine in the UK but there sure to have it stateside too. Do it in many thicknesses and colours.
