I clicked that and it took me to adobe flash upgrade site. i close it then open it again and it asks me to DL a .exe file.
i guess it wants me to download a program that will download the file.

EDIT: Are the files suposed to be an EXE file?
im_mk42_new_forearm_.exe is the only file i could download from that site.

You're not clicking on the right link then. Don't download any exe files from 4shared, they're probably malware.

As noted in my picture, click the Download button that is highlighted by the red box. That should take you to another screen which will have a countdown from 20 then allow you to download y the file

the 20sec count down never starts.

Wow awesome; I'm looking forward to the 3D print files! Helagaks, let me know if you need any help converting those. While I haven't done a lot of hard-surface modeling, I'm sure I could figure it out to convert.

Yes. If the chest is bigger than the back (or vice versa), it won't fit together properly. Hope this helps.

Yes you can make it from cardboard using the foam files.
