Thanks for the suggestions. A whole suit pdo would be possible. Just a ton more unfolding to do. A whole leg will probably happen. I need to fix the scaling on the chest and back so they are the same scale as everything else. This will all be taken care of. Just after I finish the suit. The modeling is taking most of my free time atm. The goal is to make this a painless (relatively...) as possible. Give me a couple weeks and I should have a final product.
Everyone using my files right now is more or less a beta tester. :lol

I don't think you would have to unfold the full suit pdo. Just hit unfold (but leave it as is), then people can scale the full suit to their height, and use measure distance between two points to find the height of each part and scale individual parts to match. That could work.

Yeah. the fully assembled model would be for measuring. No need to unfold that whole thing... That would be a million pages

can anyone make or recommend a video for sealing and hardening the foam armor? I'm trying to figure out which method to use. I dont know if the epoxy will work on the foam and if I bondo it how will i get all the details back. This is confusing me

if youre goin to "harden" with resin and bondo then save some money and build the thing out of cardboard!

*now to seal foam try this simple method:
1. modge podge (available at walmart) 2 to 3 coats
2. plastidip spray (available at home-depot) 2 to 3 coats
3.primer 2 to 3 coats
4.paint

This is great work Helagak and glad you came back! Question for you though. How come when I upload the new chest/back files in the same window it doesn't align perfectly like in the picture? but your old files they do align where their suppose to be when imported in the same window.

I saw JayMay make a video of him fiberglassing and bondoing his foam cod piece so that is always a possibility
