I am 5 11 using your chest which seems to fit okay so far just a question tho how do i go about sizing the abs to fit or do i build it and then slice it down the back and add parts in ?

You could try scaling. But I don't know. This is a very complicated build. I really don't have a great answer. The abs and cod will be built to fit into each other and at the same scale. The abs slide up underneath the chest... So I guess I'd you scaled the abs to fit and used that scale on the cod, it would work. But this is all hypothetical. You will just have to use your best judgment :-/

Hi i need your help im using your forearm which i must say is very good model wise but scaling wise is a pain in the arc reactor
i think it would be good without the hand plate so it could be scaled propaly but i need to check with you if im measuring right here is a diagram the orange dots are my mesuring points can you tell me if im right please ? since my sizing seems to change the scale a lot your original scale is 418.501055 and my scale is 602.735282

Your measuring points seem right. I believe you are using ironmaideds unfold. I did my own unfold because I wanted to include the under suit. So my new scale is like 49.xxx I'm not sure about those scales. I haven't messed with maideds stuff. :-/
The reason the hand plate is attached is because it fits perfectly into the forearm. If it's a different scale, it won't fit.

hey helagak looking at your file for the abs they look great but there is way too much in that for foam like it seems more like for paper as there is aload of over lapping and that that wont work with the foam and there are aload of unnecessary parts just thought i would let you know

basically you scale the whole thing by length which is the way i did it measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist measure from top of the shoulder to the wrist on the pep file not to the end of the handplate and it should be symmetrical i dont know if you want it tight or what but i used the exact scale on the whole arm and it fits but it is roomy but thats prob just because im skinny
