Jackie's files are kinda letting me down and not connecting properly so I think I'm going to trash it an switch to helagaks before I waste to much foam. It just doesn't fit right

Looks great Oscar. I've never been a fan of cardboard for a building material. But your parts look spot on.
Jackie did some great work. I haven't really looked at his files. But I can understand how some might not fit. The mark 42 is an incredibly complicated build! I have been working on it for over a year. It is quite the accomplishment to have the finis line in sight! Haha.
I have all the armor plates done for the legs. I just need to finish the silver undersuit tech. I am going to finish that from the boot up and release the pdo's as I go. Hopefully the boot and shin will be done tomorrow. Then the thigh a. D I plan on having the whole leg file released by next week. Then just need to finish the cod / hips and this bad boy is complete!! Then I will rescale and reunfold everything and compile a rar/zip of the whole suit in foam Form.
After that I'll make edits to create the paper pep files. Then I'll start printing this SOB! Haha :)

Thanks so much Helagak!! Very excited to have your whole foam build in a ZIP file. You definitely need a vacation after this model build. :D

No crap! Haha. But im going to Vegas for Halloween. (hopefully in my new mark 42!) so that should be worth it. :)
Oh btw; the boot is almost done!

I had started with the card, but I have finished your patience. the carton is more practical and less hot foam.
I attended a cosplay contest and who had the foam costumes is almost died from the warm.

this is the first evidence of fit, without anchors velcro or clips... no bad!

On that boot file, the back top ankle piece should be part of the shin. Not the boot. Just fyi. I will be removing that from the boot file when I compile the whole project.

in this photo, the back part is open at the sides, now I adjusted the end, it's okay. The shoulders I think as too big

I can't believe you printed that in color! You know you can turn off textures in pepakura right?

I like having the color. It helps me keep track of where pieces go. :)

helagak bro I hate the fact that not only are you modelling these great files for us but you have to unfold the your self so I am gonna unfold all your files for you as a big thankyou im gonna give you all the files by next week you can pm me for more info!

I appreciate it. And I'll add unfolds to the first post. I've had some... Issues with unfolds. I don't have time to inspect every unfold and I have a very specific vision for my next build, which make me need to make my own unfolds. (call me anal.... Haha) so why not share em!
But the more they merrier! Not everyone wants their pdo's the same way as me. :)
