hela Helmet HELPPPP

Hi so I am trying to do a Hela Helmet and i think i got it down

i want to make it out of EVA foam and foamcore but, i want toto the horns like another lady did, she used an epoxy image but i can't find it here in the USA, does anone know what i can use that they sell it here?i research but the only thing i found was resin but this thing you only apply, sand and color which is why i want to find so bad. since i have never used this except for kwik seal, anybody know what i am talking about?

i would think any epoxy like apoxie sculpt would be heavy, not at first but by the time you added all the horns it will weigh a ton and hard to balance plus would be fragile

i would think a high density EVA foam would give you structure plus be easier to work with less sanding and much lighter, you could support the larger horns internally with wire
