He-Man movie sword... FINISHED.. check page 8

I have been working with a close friend on making both a functional sword of power and one with an aluminum blade. I have already set up to have the guard and end cap cast in bronze and started on the blades...
here are a few lead ups of the 3-D and after being cut out on the machine... as it progresses into casting and then fitting i will show pics...
i will offer these for sale later but i want to make it perfect first...
the aluminum blade will most likey have its parts cast in aluminum for heft control... handles wrapped in leather... i will age them as the movie is. so these are first drafts, i want to compare and contrast ... anyway

yah he cut this from his own machine... no clue on the other ebay sword... hes sending it to me for casting and ill be getting them bronze casting..

i mean it will be a functional blade that you can cut with, the fittings will be attaced correctly, not with glue.

wall hanger means aluminum blade and fittings, still no glue lol but i wouldnt do to much cutting with it..

went back and added the little skull... i couldnt really see what kind of face it was so i took the idea that castle grey skull and put a skull there lol...

i saw this movie sword in person one time at planet hollywood. it was in terrible shape, but you could tell it would be a massivly heavy sword if made wiht a steel blade
id love to have a version but with a polished aluminum blade.

heck, not like your actually gonna CUT with HeMan sword!
