If some body could comb posts here and crunch some numbers I would be willing to say that there is a 40% droopage factor.

Guys, if you want to make an account of YOUR Pulse Rifle in this thread, you are free to do so, but don't degrade the purpose of this thread by 1) adding other people's rifles or 2) bringing supposition into this thread. Also, keep in mind that doing this may or may not encourage HCG to take action. We would like to think they would address the issue and provide solutions, but we realize that they may not choose the RPF as their platform to do so.
