Having trouble comnnecting to forums, and individual threads.

I am experiencing problems with:

Going from main index page to a specific forum
Opening a thread within a forum
Posting reply to a thread

In all cases, depending on the particular browser I am using I get a page with similar messages.

"Encountered difficulty in connecting to website address'
"website address doesnot exist"
"you are not connected to internet or...error in website address"

usually I can reload prior page and hit link again and it will load. Sometimes slowly but will load.

Sorry if that was a silly question...but there was some issues with that before that other users had...
