They definitely look the same to me. Same moulding details, same screw positions and the same size overall. I would say it 's a match.

Looks the same, the key elements to ID the "toy" as the right version are the release buttons for the 'sonic mines' and how the interior is accessed using a large hatch on the starboard side...
