If you are considering doing another set of resin parts I would vote for the following:

Cockpit interior with seats, control panels, rear wall etc.
Yoke support and window (x2).
Docking ring plates.

Boarding ramp with interior corridor (could be optional).
Turret well (could be optional)

And possibly also...
Han, Chewie and Leia figures.
