Hi all
Well ive got good news and bad news. Got the last helmet! Got it with 10 dollars off! Bad news Damaged! Scuffs and scratches in one small area. So whats my choice now? Wetsand with 400 and plastic polish or just take it back and keep searching? Please help. My obsessiveness is overiding my common sense here.

Scratches are deep and i shouldve known better cuse the bos was damaged also. Ill hang on to it till i find another. I can allways return it. Ill post pics and see wwhat you all think.

The Toys-R-Us website says it's in stock and ships relatively soon. If no stores around you have it, can't be the worst option.

My local Target still had two. So I grabbed one and got $10 off. 7pm Tampa.

Went to Toys R Us and picked up a helmet. Assembled very easy, whole thing looks great. Now, shell looks very close size wise to my MR bucket except this one has a massive plastic insert that makes the helmet tight on the inside due to its electronics. Plus side I'm not too concerned at a mod for this I think it's shelf ready for now..
Now what's crazy my canceled order shipped so guessing I will be sending that back even after my cancel notice was sent to me. Overall, 80 dollars well spent. Shadow Trooper next.

Can't believe it, but I just went to TRU and they had one in the 50% off because someone bought it last night and didn't like the voice changer, so they returned it. The box was trashed, but I inspected the helmet and it was perfect. They had already marked it down before the 50% so I got it for $29! And it is really nice.

But, I've got one coming Tuesday from target, and I don't need two. If anyone wants one for $80 shipped conus, it's yours.

Good deal.

The voice changer in mine does nothing unless I put my mouth right up to it. Probably why they returned the one they had.

The Kylo helmet is super responsive, it even picks up quiet breathing.

Ok! Heres mine. Love it! Cant see for crap out of it but love it! Atrief it on and wonder of wonders I can get my large planetoid of a head inside it. Cant seem to get the side seams to lock in tight. Not coming apart but can see a little light through it anyone else have this issue. Oh and the wax and polish worked great on it. Was thinking of placing a small screw in the inside to tighten the seams together on the sides. Not sure if i want to go that way. Also got an in store electronic cupon for 10 dollars. So total was 72 and some change. Not bad I thought!

I ended up cancelling my Amazon preorder, and put in a store pickup order through Target. Hopefully, that means I'll be getting mine tomorrow!
Fingers crossed.. Potentially something you guys could do if you're as impatient as myself!

The voice changer blows...

Man, sorry to hear that... My eFX mic tips are already wired for sound so I had high hopes. Dang... anybody get a decent voice changer (said with virtually no hope)...

if your hat size is larger than 7 3/8 you may have difficulty squeezing into it cuz the back part has like an inch of plastic (which can be dremeled out).

Well, crap, I'm a 7 5/8.

For those with the bucket in their hands, how easy is it to disassemble once put together, for the "wear now, mod later" crowd?

2 at my TRU. Looked at it, and will stick with my eFX. It just doesn't cut it as a replica. Undersized, crude joins, very small lenses.
Guess it's good for the price, but it's not for me.

It looks to line up pretty well with the Anovos and RS helmets, as well as the Anovos F/O bucket. I'll see tomorrow how it stacks up size wise with an ATA. What are you comparing it to that you think it's undersized? I've certainly not seen any photos to judge the scale of the Rogue One troopers..have you?


You are aware that the eFX and this helmet are representing different troopers right? And I wouldn't exactly call the eFX accurate...
