harry potter podium question?

first--sorry Im not a big harry potter fan...but in the movies there is this podium that the wizard speaks on to address the students ...and in front of the podium there is a gold owl ?? eagle ??...something that opens up his wings before wizard speaks ?.....any idea what this thing is called ??...im trying to do a search for some reference pics but cant find anything

Dumbledore is the Wizard I think you are referring to, in England we call those stands - Lecterns and I think it is an owl Harry Potter 3.75 inch Action Figure - Albus Dumbledore --- Scotts Toy Box

ya...thats it...thanks....I was just at the harry potter area at island of adventure and looked all over for that thing w/ no luck ..

Pretty certain that's because we never made one for the park. Did Dumbledore's desk and chair for his office, but not the lectern.
