what do you mean by this? are you saying your program lets you "sculpt" freehand on a 3d model? Or are you just saying you busted your hump to make the 3d modeled parts look sculpted?

The former, used meshmixer to slowly build up the ridges, like with clay, then flattened them out- its it's a long slow process but ends up giving that look and feel because it's incredibly similar.
