Harry Potter - Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Bean

Cool, thanks for those photos, those are great.

That box appears to be a lot bigger than the ones they had in the train, and I've noticed before that the box Dumbledor picked up was a lot bigger than the train version too, so are all the larger versions the christmas version, or are there two sizes of the original one? I never even knew about the christmas box, perhaps I should make that too.

If you look closely at the end of the first film when Dumbledore is visiting Harry at his hospital bed, there's a small box on the bedside cabinet and a large box (that Dumbledore picks up) on the table at the foot of the bed.

Yeah, in the end have the two versions.
The chocolate frogs have two version too:

look those small honeydukes bags:lol

Mmm, candy... I dreamt I was in that store last night, and Draco said something bad to me, so I beat him and took his money, then bought a whole lot of those every flavour beans:lol But thats just wierd...:lol

What do you all think I should make since there are two versions? The small box or the larger one? Or perhaps both? I guess people mostly make the small box, but I do have a whole bunch of these beans now, maybe enough for that large box.

The reason why I wanted to build this box was because I found some Jelly Bellys over here in Norway where they usually dont sell cool stuff like that and thought that they really reminded me of those from the Harry Potter movies, so I bought some and wanted to make that box for them just for the hell of it, so that I had something cool from that world to eat them out of:$

Now doesnt that sound silly, lets all laugh at me!:lol

Anyway, I need only one then, and dont know which one I should make. Arent the small boxes supposed to be the "standard" ?

I'm gonna make both versions of that if feide give us the scans.

Well, at the train that witch sell just the beans in the small boxes.(the frogs too).

Ok. I just received the clock in the mail. My first scan at 600dpi is 53MB!! What would you consider high res?

Here are some quick measurements in the meantime:
Total height 6 5/16 in.
height of rectangular portion 4 1/2 in.
width 2 1/2 in.

Here is a Honeyduke's logo that I just finished. I couldn't find a large image anywhere. Feedback welcome.

Mike

Hey there.

Sorry, one has been away for a while. I have located two emails that appears to be from you and will check them soon.

Thats a great logo you have made, looks very good.

As far as I know, Jelly Bellies are the ones who make 'em. Only for the adventurous... the advertised flavors probably taste just like the real thing - they're mostly yucky! It's actually a nice prank to pull on unsuspecting friends.
