Made using the 'Reflex' Graflex template available on the net scaled down for a chrome 32mm vacuum cleaner tube, along with a shedload of pics. Some from the very forum, in fact.
Comparison with a repro full size Graflex:

I know it's not 100% accurate (heck, probably not even 90% ) but as I'd never worked with metal before, I don't think it came out too bad.
Took a while to work out what to make the parts out of tho. And almost everything is screwed on so it can be taken apart (tho I drew the line at cutting the tube in half.).
There's a pair of plastic coat hangers trimmed down for the grips, a co-ax TV aerial plug cap for the button (and another cut down for the flash-test bulb), strip of CD case with clear rubber feet for the bubbles (with the edges trimmed to fit up against the next one), sheet aluminium for the clamp (which actually works.) and extra aluminium for the ears, 'emitter', beer tab, and slide button. Oh, and the D-ring bracket.
Clamp lever is also aluminium, with the threaded part from a drywall screw (I think you call it?), so it works as it should.
I gotta say, it's a great work out for your brain just trying to find bits and pieces to use to scale something down.
Let me know what you think.
Now, where did I put that Vader template...
