Limited Run Han Solo ROTJ Blaster Active Project

Isn't that a different blaster in those pics? The scope and flash hider are different at least, though perhaps the other details are the same.

And this is the one we are talking about?

I'd like the vintage with radius sides. It's clear in the photo, so there is conclusive evidence. While it is cost is higher, it is a negligible price increase considering the entire project.

Indifferent on material type for it, if I had to pick, I'd say cast metal as I think it would probably match the texture closest and would have good feel/weight.

of visual after I noticed that the washers do not have the same diameter of 0.3 mm or 0.2 some things like his would make calculations

I'm for the radius sides as well, it just makes sense to me. Besides, like some have pointed out the price is negligible and most I feel in the end will be happy to spend the extra few bucks it takes to make it as authentic as possible. You won't regret it!

Machined radiused sides. For an extra five bucks? Totally.

How would it attach, though? Simple epoxy?

$5-8 is a small price to pay for accuracy. I say let's do the radiused sides.

Not really a fan of cast metal.

Machined aluminum with radiused sides.

IF you post an opinion on the Square detail be sure to mention whether you want it cast or machined and the type of material: Resin / Aluminum / Castable Metal

I've always been partial to aluminum... but I'm good castable metal as well. Resin... eh... not so much.
