Han Solo holster rig buckle patterns

Hi all! I was asked to make the buckles and hardware for Han Solo's holster rig. Gonna make them all out of copper, no machining all by hand ( i have no machine tools)

What I need is a pattern set for all the hardware if anyone has such a thing. I would greatly appreciate any and all help!!
