han solo holster belt

Hi there,

no that's truly not worth your money ... since before you know it you'll been bitten by the accuracy bug in regards to your Solo blaster and then you want a holster to go with it which is close to screen accurate as well. So start saving and go with the better vendors. Use the search button to do some more research.

Meanwhile here's mine for comparison, got it second hand via the junkyard :

And should you need that green vintage CO2- sodacharger for an ANH version ... send me a pm :

Well I did also search but there was another thread in which the mp filmcraft rig was not rated very well. Yes the plan is for full esb Han solo . I have a converted denix blaster now it's just the rest .

I meant--just get the buckles from MP.
That's what I did, but it was 10 years ago.

You could also have a local machine shop punch out the aluminum buckles for you.

I found this great WIP thread over at RL--I like the buckles better than the MP set I had...as well as mentioned there. Those hinges make it easier to adjust, as well ss more comfortable when pulled snug.

The pics in that thread are good enough to make your templates from, too!

Here's a pic of the MP buckle design for reference. See how those backside fasteners would be a bit uncomfortable? They weren't too bad, but did poke the gut a bit.

Between this, and several other intetest threads lately--maybe I should get back into metal working...lol.

I've scoured RPF and RL but my eyes are starting to turn into spirals, and I wonder, is ANYONE making/selling just the buckles? (ANH version) Leatherworking isn't a problem for me, and I have the droid caller bits and pieces, but so far the only 3D printer patterns I can find for the buckle just look a bit... ehh. Any clues, folks?

Perhaps you could ask Roman from Romans Empire or Russ from russrep? They work with metal. Or place a WTB in the junkyard once you're able to.

Anovos is planning a Bespin Luke costume, so I would assume the rig is coming soon.
