Han Solo Blaster with Lasers and sound. Who Made it?

I saw a Han blaster a while ago that had lighting/lasers, great sounds, both hammers worked. Anyone know who made that and if they still do??

This Rubies mod is the only DL-44 with lights, sound and a functioning hammer and safety that I know of.

I don't think it would be much different then sending off a weapon to a regular gunsmith.
