Halo reach pistol

Here is a photo of a project I am currently working on. Its a 1:1 scale Halo Reach model 6G pistol, made from wood. A couple of the rear sight parts are metal, but the basic chassis is plywood, with pine stripwood overlay, and the thin detail strips along each side are styrene sheet. I'd be very interested to hear what people think

I think it looks great and extremely accurate to the in-game model. Just a minor gripe though; have you considered using stencils for the text? I think it would really complete the authentic look of the model. Great effort and really impressive results!

I redid the lettering using Letraset after deciding it looked a bit pants!! Thanks for the feedback
