It looks like the school your kids go to allowed them to wear their costume, thats nice! The School System my kid goes to is too caught up in that Politically Correct Bull to not allow the kids come to school in any costume! When I was a kid that was one of the highlights of wearing a costume around Halloween! Your effort with your kids costumes puts to shame my effort when I did a ODST Costume Build for my son last year.

The school always allows kids to wear costumes, with one rule. No dangerous costumes and weapons. The principal was very strict last year in a lot of things and she met a lot of angry parents. This year she has become more lenient.

To answer your question, yes I'm working on my next projects. My 10 year old will be a Mando.

My 7 year old will wear the old Master Chief, completely redone with details, LEDs. I need to rebuild the thighs and shins entirely out of foam.

Man those came out great. I'm sure your kids were thrilled.

How did you do the visors?

The Recon visor is just motorcycle visor cut to size. The ODST is actually a toy packaging trimmed and folded and then tinted with NiteShades.

awesome dad is awesome!! especially since all the hard work you put in versus the amount of time the kids will actually get to enjoy the costumes before they grow out of them. definately some great keep sakes.
