Halloween Costumes?

Jason or Lord Marshall for any halloween contest. Started doing the nemesis project from resident evil 2, but it wont be done on time, also a cylon for next year...

For me I think I am going to wear an oldie but a goodie (a good costume, not a good guy). He has spent the last like 2-3 years on a PVC manaquin at home but I think I might just take him out for some air and fresh meat.

By the way the hockey mask fits better then it looks, it's just because the latex hood is a little loose since there isn't a head inside it.

Too early!? No such thing!

It's my wife's turn to pick the theme this year, and she's being wishy-washy, so I'll either up as Luke ESB (which I'll have to get started on soon if I plan to wear it), or as Greatest American Hero (which is currently in pieces scattered across the sewing room. :(). If we go Star Wars, I'm going to dip the chihuahua in green kool-aid so I can wear him on my back as Yoda. :D

The Mrs. is torn between a Leia version (probably Slave Leia), She-ra and Sailor Moon. Needless to say, it's difficult for me to pick a favorite. :love

We make a big deal at work about all dressing up for Halloween, so we were talking about this year November 1st last year!

This year I'm thinking of one of Sid & Marty Krofft's creations. Not sure which one yet. Maybe Pufnstuf... someone more obscure would be better.

Sleestak would be ultimate, but to difficult and time consuming!!!

I think I am going to do "Rorschach" from the Alan Moore- Watchmen series. I say "I think", cuz I am wearing that at the San Diego Comic Con this week, and I might be tired of it, by then!:lol.

I'll try and throw some pics up tonight of the finished suit.(touching it up right now).

Say hello, if you see me there. :)

Sigmund the Seamonster! C'mon, you know you want to.......:lol

Ok, so I'm still not sure, but at least I'm coming up with ideas now :confused

Michael Myers- easy and relatively inexpensive but not very original and I'm not sure I want to wear lifts this year.
Capt. Kirk- nothing fantastic there... think I'd fill out a TOS uniform nicely though :lol
Bender from Futurama- lots of work, but could be fun if I could actually pull it off
Zombie- lots of make-up and a pair of contacts... make-up is no fun to try and take off at 2 in the morning and it may get too thrashed to use again.

I could just bust out the Vader costume again, but everyone's already seen that (and I hate my helmet). The same I think with the Joker.

:confused ...well now I really don't know.

After doing the zombie thing for several years I broke from my usual "Halloween costumes are suppposed to be scary" ethos and dressed as a Jedi last year (because I didn't feel like going through the hassle of doing the makeup) to hand out candy...only four groups showed up at our door. :unsure I'll probably do the same thing this year, if for no other reason than I still have the costume. Also, my wife took several photos but the photo lab lost the film (didn't have a digital camera at the time), so this would be another photo op.

Stormtrooper and Vader(possibly Obi-wan as he wants to be a goody this year...("but Darth Vader is a goody!")

i was thinking about zap "zapper" brannigan or a 1930-40's style adventurer not quite indiana jones but inspired by him

i'll let you know how it goes.

Working on Zorro, ala Antonio Banderas' "Mask of Zorro" and "Legend of Zorro". Here's my sword. Working on hat next. :)
