there are actually a series of those I've found. The most obvious being IMDB (movie database), then IMFDB (movie firearms), IBDB (broadway), IMSDB (movie script) and I know of a couple more but just can't think of them at the moment. those are all pretty good sites.

Yup. It's been around for quite a while and often used here as a reference point. It used to not be accurate at all but it has gotten better with exposure.

Yeah I started contributing to it a long time ago. It has definitely come a long way. There are so many contributors now that it is hard for me to ever find new pics or information to add anymore!
