I know the top of this prop is the Tommy Walsh screw driver set, but does anyone know what the other section is made from?

No idea, but I can tell you the base of the screwdriver set is 61mm, so it’s relatively large I thought maybe some type of vacuum fitting?

The lower part/section reminds me of an ice cream sundae or the Tupperware Jel-ette gelatin mold that was used for the ANH Imperial Coffe Mugs at the Death Star ...

... I know, it is different, but maybe helpful as an eye-opener to find the correct piece?!

I know that some bombs are made from the tops of kids microphones (see attached as an example), so it might be a generic version of this. But the bottom is definitely made of two parts, the scalloped section does look like a retro double sided jelly/jello mold. And then an end seal/cap.

The bottom section identified it’s the top of a multi screw driver set, it’s the same part used on the star destroyer capacitor bearing and Rey’s staff

Good call on the microphone, but I do don’t think that’s it, I’m also of the opinion that it’s some form of vacuum fitting

By on the theme of children’s toys it looks similar th the yellow piece from this toy vacuum

Thanks, but it is not from this toy / Echo Microphone. Check this thread ... DIY - Knights of Ren. Ushar's thermal detonator
BTW ... it is not finished so far

I know the screwdriver set came from Poundland at the time of production - would it be worth investigating what other plastic objects lurked in Poundland aisles in Fall 2015 - Spring 2016?

I know it's an old post, but here a few pics from my 3d printed replica. It's hollow and ready to add electronics.
