Lucas director's viewer question

On the SW set, Lucas used this director's viewer, and the question is: what is the blue strip and the paper strip attached to the side? I've seen a replica where the blue strip is a Dymo embossed label with "G. Lucas" on it. Not sure it that's it, or if it was his full name? I assume the paper slip is a rendering of the F-stop chart that's missing on his viewer. Does anyone know for sure, or have a better photo?

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's blue punch tape (a Dymo embossed label). I saw someone had made a replica with "G. Lucas" on the tape, and I was wondering if anyone knows that to be correct. It actually looks like 2 words, so I'm thinking his full name.
