Green ranger shield

Hey guys i want to know where to buy the heavy foam looking green ranger shield. i know some lady sells it on ebay for $210 and i can buy the cloth one for $100 but is there a place to buy the heavier thicker shield for around $100-$130.

any and all help is very much appriciated
 
Ryu Kumon on this board makes a really accurate shield but I dunno the status of his current shield run.

Try messaging him.
 
The most 100% perfect shield is made by a guy name kingranger on the rangerboards.

For a harder shield sushiya make a good one aswell. he is both on the rangerboard and ebay
 
People started rampaging because they were so awesome. It's really for the people's own benefit.

It's alot of work from what i saw, king makes good soft ones but every person I know who owns ones babies it like non other and will only wear it to places where they won't get bumped, if you want a sturdy one which you won't have to really worry about sushiya is the way to go. King has perfection when it comes to the shields if you really want one stalk eBay or rangerboard one when up on the bay and sold for over 500.00 I believe
 
what are you doing for your helmet, dragonranger34?? If your looking for one of those, matts(wildranger5 on RB) new green helmet sculpt is really sick and really close to the real thing, besides a jess helmet his looks the closest in my opinion.

I'm actually using a pep file for my helmet,but if that doesnt work my back up plan for now is homemedia4u.com for much less than anybody else. they have a green ranger helmet that pretty accurate. If there is anything i dont like about it.

you used the term jess helmet, and you have mentioned ranger board many times. i dont use rangerboard as the people there arent very friendly to new people.

They arent that friendly but I dont really go there to make nice with people lol, just buy stuff, Looking at the link you provided I would strongly recommend going with a wildranger5 helmet, at least at casting if you want to do it yourself. for a kit from wildranger5 its 250.00, you can paint and match it to your suit.

Looking at that site Ive spotted many discrepancies with that helmet,
1. mouth is a red ranger
2.shape is not dragon ranger but standard power ranger
3. visor is flat not bubble
4. jewel looks gigantic.
5 color is not PR green

do your pep but if it doesnt work out keep your options open.
ive done the pep aswell and it turned out decent.

What about your suit? you doing it by hand or getting a 007halu suit?

im actually in the middle of doing my own dragon ranger build aswell.
 
After doing a side by side of a helmet used in the movie, the homemedia helmet and wildrangers i have come to this.

Yes the link helmet is not the right green but thats where im gifted. I can repaint anything to spec. the lips are different.

wildranger helmet.......ive seen so many helmets that have all that black outlining on it and i dont like that. the original never looked like that.
wildrangers is also a bit rounded. as far as the visor goes the link helmet is more accurate because its flat.

over all i like wildrangers color better and the top moulded style better.

below ive also included a few pictures the first two are just to show how most visors are, and the next is the aniki helmet. if its was a better green, no black lines. i would be all over that. by far thats the best one ive seen.
 
Actually truth be told, bubble visors are what the original sentai producers used, not flat visors, many new helmet makers are trying to do it and I even think Aniki is trying to do it aswell.
In the past flat visors were easiest to make and some ranger helmets required it but not the dragon ranger. his required a bubble which no helmet make could produce

When you say movie, you mean the show right, Ive also used shots from the show and original sentai pr to show the sculpt of the new dragon helmet

He also will sell you a casting, which is just pulled from a mold, sanded and primered, you would have to do the rest, cut it, paint it, attach clips and detail.

if your looking for a decent helmet and shield I know "funky jedi " had a hobby green ranger helmet and sushiya shield for sale. Im not sure if he still has it or has sold it yet
