Green Arrow Fan Film Project

I am looking to start doing a few Marvel/DC fan films with some different characters. I want to start out with a GREEN ARROW fan film. More or less a fan film of Green Arrow's CW show, Arrow, really. I want to know how to do so, some story line ideas and where I could find or how I could make the appropriate costumes and props for this project. I did a suit last year for Dragon Con before the show aired based on the few publicity shots that were floating around. I'm adapting it to be more screen accurate this year.
