I can file a report with singapore post but they're going to write to royal mail so why don't you just call royal mail, provide them the tracking number so they can check?

Hi, rang Royal Mail and they say I can't do nothing my end, the tracking number doesn't help Royal Mail my end. They said you as the seller has a receipt of posting which is meant to be needed, but they say that you have to follow it up as I can't, cheers
