Grail tablet rubbing...what size?

So with jmtwo's grail tablets he's offering I thought I'd make some rubbings for it for gifts. Anyone have any info on this, for example what kind of paper was used? How about the size? And what di he use to make the rubbing? Chalk? If anyone has anyinfo or pics, please post them. :thumbsup
