Graflex 2.0 ANH

Hello everyone,

I finished up my Graflex 2.0 this past weekend.

LuxIII Cyan Bin 1/2 - Beautiful Color

First I lathed down the inner section so I could run the switch wires past the heatsink.

Then I machined a chassis instead of getting the 3D printed one. I wanted the recharge port to be out the bottom of the hilt. This chassis has a holder for the NB and the upper section actually cut out for the speaker giving it a large resonance chamber.

The pommel I received had a single hole on the outside threaded that looked a little larger than the rest. That bugged me so I drilled all of the sound holes just a tad larger. Also, the ANH D-Ring sits exactly opposite of the Clamp on the screen used hilt. The hole for the D-Ring didn't align properly for me, so I drilled a new one to let the recharge port pass through in the perfect spot.

Then I wired it all up.

Very cool. That's why I'm so hesitant to get one. I could never finish it to be so nice.

How did you get the inner part out? Mine came mostly assembled and I haven't been able to figure out how to get that part out, Thanks.
And yours is looking great. Can't wait to do something similar to mine.
